Description: Code 5222 includes making, setting up or taking down forms, scaffolds, false work or concrete distributing apparatus; the manufacture of concrete piles at the job location; and the pouring of concrete into hollow steel piles. However, this code applies only when clearance is more than 10 feet at any point or entire distance between terminal abutments exceeds 20 feet.
