NYS Workmen Comp. Code 9027 Building Operation 

Description: This code applies for locations whose occupancy is not more than twelve tenants {including a janitor) in a one story sturcture. “Operations” includes window cleaning, maintenance or repairs. “Location” is defined as one or more buildings located on a single property occupied by the client. No more than one full time equivalent person can perform operations work. Also this code does not apply to locations where the insured occupies the major portions of the location for manufacturing or mercantile purposes.
